Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs): 

1.  How can we make sure our family/group sits together?

Seating will be assigned based on tickets purchased. All tickets purchased on the same order will be seated together. If you wish to be seated with guests that purchased on a separate order- please use the "contact the Organizer" feature or contact Jessica at canadiansteakout@outlook.com. Tables re-arrangement the day of event will not be permitted.

2.   Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

You may bring your printed ticket or you may download a copy to your smartphone app. We will also have a record of everyone who purchased tickets.

3.  Allergies/ Dietary Restrictions

If you have a specific food allergy, please contact Jessica at canadiansteakout@outlook.com. Buffet items will be clearly marked with the common allergens they contain.

4.  What about children aged 8 and under?

Children aged 8 and under are free, however we will need to know how many seats are required. Please 'purchase' a free ticket when checking out for each child under 8, if they require a seat. If they do not require a seat, you do not need to 'purchase' a free ticket for them.

5.  Will Highchairs be available?

Yes we will have highchairs available- however please let us know in advance how many you will require as we do have a limited quantity. Please email Jessica at canadiansteakout@outlook.com

6.  Walk Ins

We will try to accommodate walk-ins depending on seat availability. However, we highly recommend purchasing tickets in advance to secure your spot at the brunch.
